    Annual Reserve Homeowners' Association Dues:

    Annual dues, determined each year at the annual meeting of the Association, are payable for each Reserve home or lot. Dues are payable to: The Reserve Homeowners' Association and should be mailed to the treasurer. These monies are used to pay for the fixed and discretionary expenses incurred by the Homeowners' Association as listed in the current annual budget, which is also approved each year at the Annual Meeting.

    Architectural Review:

    The Reserve Homeowners' deed restrictions describe that it is the intention of the community to preserve and promote continuity of an outside architectural appearance. If you plan to change the outside appearance of your home, have any trees removed, and/or have any questions about your deed restrictions, please call the Architectural Design Review Committee Chairperson listed above.

    Community Meetings:

    The Reserve Homeowners' Association Annual Meeting: Third Monday of February @ 7:30 P.M.

    The Reserve Homeowners' Board of Directors meets approximately four times a year. If you are interested in attending a meeting, please contact the President. All Homeowners' input is important and encouraged.

    The following meetings are all held in the Medina Township Hall, 3799 Huffman Road:

    Zoning Commission Meetings: Third Tuesday of every month @ 7:30 P.M.

    Zoning Board of Appeals Meetings: Third Wednesday of every month @ 7:30 P.M.

    Township Trustees Meetings: Every other Thursday at Town Hall @ 7:00 P.M.

    Decorative Stones Used in the Reserve:

    This type of stone is called standard #34 gravel and is available from Medina Supply or DH & L Supply in Wadsworth. Remember to use a vegetation spray on the decorative stones to keep the areas weed and grass free. Often just a raking freshens the appearance.     Transient Vendor Resolution:

    Medina township's Transient Vendor Resolution requires that vendors who come door-to-door must first register with Medina Township and must work within the hours shown below. Please report vendors who have not registered (approved Transient Vendors will have an ID Badge which is to worn in plain view) or who are selling at a time other than permitted by this resolution.

    Weekdays: 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M.

    Saturdays: 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.

    Sundays and Holidays: no selling

    NOTE: A simple sign may be posted at the entry of your residence or at the driveway stating either "No Trespassing" or "No Solicitors". Either of these signs will provide the elements for enforcement by the police.
